October 31, at 15 h. we opened a very special exhibition at galerie Adriaans in Kockengen. Photo's from the 60's by the now world famous photographer Gerard Fieret (1924-2009) and by the philosopher Chris Dulfer, who was a good friend of Fieret. We also show the documentary “Fotoen Copyright by G.P. Fieret” by Frank van den Engel.
At october the 9th on the occasion of the Vechtborrel Pieter's new CD "Blues op Klompen" (Blues on Wooden Shoes) was released. It contains an overview of Dutch songs that Pieter has written over the years including recent songs like "Blues voor Nederland" en "Van alles te veel". We will add a facility to buy CD's, T-shirts and books to this site before the end of the year. The CD can be bought at Adrie de Lange and Marinus van Kralingen.
Pieter Adriaans and Jean-Noël Duchemin have an exposition in the gallery Tusse de Banke in Den Burg on Texel from august the 6-th till the 17-th. Opening august the 6th at 16h.
Recently I was asked to do a painting for the meeting room of the Junta de Freguesia de Ribeira Seca on Sao Jorge. They wanted to have a view on the famous faja de Caldeira de Santo Christo.
